Game closes every 20 minutes

The game goes to the pause menu and then goes to a black screen for about 1 second before going to my desktop, this happens every 20 minutes exactly for me but it does not close the Minecraft window altogether, it just gets minimized. Uninstalling the game and signing out does not fix the bug.
