Minecraft skin is bugged completely

( Minecraft Launcher ) Minecraft won't let me change my skin to a custom skin it only works with base skins and sometimes won't even let me do that when I try it just gives the error Unable to activate skin

( Minecraft Website ) Website bugs out and resets itself, but upon clicking the reset button it resets it to Alex

Did kinda spam the skins on the launcher video but trust me it don't work with the custom skins
