TO MANY MOBS IN THE NETHER

What I expected to happen was...:
i want to go in the nether and be able to build with out get in killed every 2 seconds

What actually happened was...:
I kill a gaust* and 3 more spawn and start firing same with the skeletons no matter how many time i try to kill then they keep sparing and won't stop and it's making the game not fun

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2 go in the nether
3. just jump in lava because you won't win anyways
