Glow and behold advancement is granted incorrectly on an empty sign

If you place a sign with no text, and then click on it with a glow ink sac, it grants the advancement 'Glow and behold', despite not consuming the ink sac or applying the glow. Instead, it just opens the edit menu which still triggers the advancement.
