Gamemode Switcher icons duplicate upon toggling fullscreen

The bug:

Entering or exiting fullscreen mode whilst the gamemode switcher menu is open results in the menu's icons duplicating until closed.

 

Steps to reproduce:

On Windows:

1. Hold F3 + F4
2. Press F11
