{Bug or Feature} Scaffolding can't be placed correctly

Hello!

Notice: This might be a bug or this might be a feature.

 

Details.

Scaffolding is being placed anywhere rather than where the player is with the + cursor.

In other words, what it's suppose to be is placing scaffolding just like the blocks. I managed to find this out using an old version of Minecraft to see if the scaffolding is being placed like other blocks in Minecraft.
