Pot waterlogging related bugs

The pots cannot be waterlogged with buckets, although with the debug stick if possible, lily pads can also be placed on top of the waterlogged pots. When you try to dry the waterlogged pot with a sponge, the water persists. Finally with the debug stick you see an unused state of the pots called "cracked".
