Sculk sensors do not detect when a chiseled bookshelf changes via hoppers and droppers

When a book is added or removed from a chiseled bookshelf using a hopper or dropper, this does not trigger a sculk sensor or calibrated sculk sensor. However, it does trigger when the book is added or removed by hand. 

This contrasts with the functionality of the jukebox, as it triggers the sculk sensor both when a record is added or removed by hand, or automatically.
