Pitcher plants aren't part of the #minecraft:flowers or #minecraft:tall_flowers block tags

The Bug:

Pitcher plants aren't part of the #minecraft:flowers or #minecraft:tall_flowers block tags.

This causes a variety of issues as follows:

• Bees are unable to pollinate from the block.
• Bees are unable to be tempted or bred from the item.
• Saplings grown next to the block won't have a chance to generate a bee nest.
• Data packs calling upon the item or block tag won't have pitcher plants as affected.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a pitcher plant.
2. Enable the F3 debug screen and look at its block tags.
3. Take note as to whether or not pitcher plants are part of the #minecraft:flowers or #minecraft:tall_flowers block tags.

Observed Behavior:

Pitcher plants aren't part of the #minecraft:flowers or #minecraft:tall_flowers block tags.

Expected Behavior:

Pitcher plants would be part of the #minecraft:flowers or #minecraft:tall_flowers block tags.
