not able to break any blocks ("with hands")after toogling between gamemodes

After typing the command /gamemode 1 to switch to creative mode,
and again /gamomode 2 to go back to survival, it results impossible to break any block without the corresponding tool.

(E.G. :can not break earth block without shovel, Leaves without scissors etc..)
