Missing Palette for index _

I've been playing with Optifine and playing on a server that I bought, but I'll have random times where I crash, and it'll give me an error code -1 and say "Missing Palette for index _"

I've tried to replicate it into single player but haven't been able to replicate it. I think it could possibly be related to the usage of datapacks on my server, but I don't know.
