Steps to Reproduce:
1) /gamerule playerSleepingPercentage 101
2) /weather thunder
3) /time set day
4) Right click a bed and look at the actionbar

Expected result:
"No amount of rest can pass this thunderstorm"

Observed result:
"No amount of rest can pass this night"
