/fill not working

the following command says the "0" after "gold_block" is a syntax error

/fill -20 -60 -85 -22 -60 -87 gold_block 0 replace orange_glazed_terracotta

I have looked everyone on the minecraft wiki to figure out why this won't work, but I can't figure it out - I assume it must be a bug?
