Commands block issue

When I type in the commands block it’s giving me syntax error

e.g. /fill [154 68 -86 116 69 -115|tel:154 68 -86 116 69 -115] concrete 15

 

ive tried other ways such as black_concrete and nothing is working first noticed the issue yesterday. I’ve even tried reinstalling the game and it’s done the same thing. Only seems to be the concrete command at the moment
