Striders now get cold even when riding another warm strider

For some reason, striders riding warm striders now still can't keep warm, which isn't how it used to be and won't make sense, as why would a strider choose to ride another strider if that won't keep them warm?

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the nether
2. Find a strider riding another strider
