Cat Leg Texture still exists

This cat texture bug still exists and no one has done anything, it was reported since Minecraft 1.14 Pre-Release 1 and it is still present in Minecraft 1.19.4 Release Candidate 2, maybe it is not such an important problem but the fact that so much time has passed and nothing has been resolved, this is proof of unseriousness.
