Superflat not generating with lakes, lava lakes, vegetation and structures like desert and jungle pyramids

When you create the world with the present specifying lakes, lava lakes, vegetation, structures , desert and jungle pyramids. Other things do work and generate in the superflat world like strongholds and villages. But the previously mentioned are not generating.
