Item statistics can show multiple items with the same name including different Music Discs

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Throw 2 different discs on the floor
2) Check statistics to see that both discs are called "Music Disc" which means you can only use their texture to differentiate between them

As of 24w33a, Smithing Templates and Banner Patterns each show their full name in the statistics screen to tell them apart. Music discs still don't have their particular name.
