Brushes can be used through entities

Despite not being able to use brushes on entities, brushes aren't interrupted by entities in the way. To reproduce, summon a large mob like a sniffer, hold down the right click button with a brush on a nearby block, then face another block under the mob/entity. Notice that you continue brushing through the entity's hitbox.
