Using an armor trim or netherite upgrade template is not tracked on scoreboards

There appears to be nothing that tracks usage of templates such as armor trims or netherite upgrades.

Objectives such as minecraft.used:minecraft.coast_armor_trim_smithing_template are available, but these do not increment when the trim is used.
