Arrows are not shown for focused entries on the multiplayer and singleplayer screens

When focusing an entry on the multiplayer screen, the arrows will not show unless the entry is also hovered. This is confusing to players using keyboard navigation as the actions possible are not visible to the player unless the mouse is used. This is inconsistent with the pack selection screen that shows arrows on both the focused and hovered pack.
