The "Done" and "Cancel" buttons within the beacon GUI no longer display tooltips when the mouse cursor is held over them

The Bug:

The "Done" and "Cancel" buttons within the beacon GUI no longer display tooltips when the mouse cursor is held over them.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a beacon and open it.
2. Hold your mouse cursor over the "Done" or "Cancel" buttons.
3. Take note as to whether or not the "Done" and "Cancel" buttons within the beacon GUI no longer display tooltips when the mouse cursor is held over them.

Observed Behavior:

Tooltips are no longer displayed.

Expected Behavior:

Tooltips would be displayed.
