When Chat is set to hidden, switching gamemode with F3+F4 gives the Chat Hidden Warning in chat instead of the actionbar

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Set chat to hidden in options
2) Attempt to switch gamemode with F3+F4
3) Set chat back to show
4) See the warnings in chat by pressing T
