Totem of Undying Activation is Glitched

: In Minecraft Snapshot 23w07a-1.19.4 Pre-release 3, there is a Glitch where if you take damage in any way with a Totem of Undying in your hand it will activate. Please fix this Mojang.

How to reproduce:

Put a Totem of Undying in your off-hand/main hand. Then find a mob that will hurt you or a ledge (3 blocks or higher) to jump off of. Then jump off the ledge or let the enemy hurt you, and you will see your Totem activate.
