The bug

Player can collect dragon's breath from area effect cloud with a radius of 0 emitted by dragon perched on fountain using a glass bottle, which could grant potentially significantly more dragon's breath than intended.

To reproduce

1. /execute in the_end run tp @s 0 100 0
2. Wait for the dragon to spawn and perch.
3. /give @p glass_bottle 100
4. Wait for the dragon to create a dragon's breath area effect cloud.
5. Press F3 + B to show the hitbox.
6. Click on the area effect cloud with the glass bottles.
7. Continue clicking until the area no longer has a visible hitbox.

Expected result

You would no longer obtain dragon's breath from an area effect cloud with a radius of 0.
