Dynamic texture dump chat output contains absolute path of output directory

The bug

When using the F3 + S debug key binding to dump dynamic textures, the absolute (full) path of the output directory is displayed to the player in chat. This is inconsistent with the output of the F3 + L debug profiling function, which displays the path only within the minecraft directory. This is the expected behavior.

In its current behavior, accidentally pressing this keyboard shortcut while your screen is being shared with others can reveal your username, which is especially bad if your username is linked to your real name.

How to reproduce

1. Use the debug key shortcut F3 + S
   The full path is displayed in chat

Path should be relative to game directory
