Iron golems rapidly jitter during their death animations

The Bug:

Iron golems rapidly jitter during their death animations.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon an iron golem with a half a heart of health remaining by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:iron_golem ~ ~ ~ {Health:1f}

2. Attack the iron golem so that it enters its death animation.
3. Watch it closely as it dies.
4. Take note as to whether or not iron golems rapidly jitter during their death animations.

Observed Behavior:

Iron golems rapidly jitter.

Expected Behavior:

Iron golems would not rapidly jitter, just like how they didn't in 1.19.3.
