tall_grass and large_fern display gray as block_display entities

The block_display entity displays tall_grass and large_fern as grayscale. grass and fern are displayed colored green.

Steps to Reproduce:

  [Step 1] Run command :

summon minecraft:block_display ~ ~ ~ {block_state:{Name:"minecraft:tall_grass",Properties:{half:"lower"}}}  

  [Step 2] Rerun command replacing tall_grass with large_fern, and lower with upper until all variants are produced.
Observed Results:

  tall_grass and large_fern display grayscale, while grass and fern display colored.

Expected Results:

  tall_grass and large_fern should display colored to be properly utilized in builds / mapmaking.
