Inventory tabs are looking weird in 1.19.4 Prerelease 1 and 1.19.3

Hello,

I just played on my own server and currently, I'm building a train station there. I wanted to pick out the rails from the creative inventory and unfortunately, the inventory tabs are looking very weird, please see the screenshots for this.
