Players and mobs are no longer affected by knockback upon death

As of 1.19.4 Pre-release 1 update, the players and mobs are no longer affected by any knockback (includes death caused by enchantment) upon their death. This can be tested by comparing between 23w07a snapshot and 1.19.4 Pre-release 1.
