The minecraft:ui.button.click sound isn't played when using arrow keys or Ctrl + Tab to navigate through tabs in the "Create New World" screen

The Bug:

The tabs from "Create New World" menu don't play any sound when switching with arrow keys.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch the game and go to "Singleplayer".
2. Click on "Create new world".
3. Use the arrow keys to navigate through the tabs.
4. See that no sound is played but if you click on any tab a sound is played.

Observed Behavior:

When switching between tabs using arrow keys no sound is played.

Expected Behavior:

The same sound as clicking on a tab is played when switching between tabs using arrow keys.
