The "Create New World" menu has empty black spaces along the top of it

The Bug:

The "Create New World" menu has empty black spaces along the top of it.

This could be intentional, but it looks kind of strange for a solid black texture to be used instead of the dirt background.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the "Create New World" menu.
2. Look at the top part of your screen.
3. Observe how there are empty black spaces.

Observed Behavior:

The "Create New World" menu has empty black spaces along the top of it.

Expected Behavior:

The black space would be the dirt background instead of just plain black.
