When I load chunks fps drops from 140 to 20/30

So, i've always had this bug and to this day I haven't found a solution. I can't play minecraft because of this. That's verry important for me because minecraft is my fav game.

RTX 2070, Windows 11, i7-10875H, 16G Ram

(I tryed every version of minecraft)

I got 5gb allocated to minecraft.

I tryed optifine, forge mods and nothing works.
