Jukebox is not in the Redstone Blocks tab in the creative inventory

As of 23w07a, a jukebox emits a redstone signal while playing a music disc and redirects adjacent redstone wire to point toward it, which means it is a redstone component. However, it doesn't appear in the Redstone Blocks tab in the creative inventory.
