potted_cherry_sapling and potted_torchflower not part of #flower_pots block tag

The potted_cherry_sapling is not made part of the #flower_pots block tag in the 1.20 datapack. Instead, it seems like the empty flower_pot was placed instead in mistake. This affects commands, advancements and predicates.

What I expected to happen was...:
The potted_cherry_sapling is in the block tag #flower_pots in the 1.20 datapack.

What actually happened was...:
The potted_cherry_sapling is not in the #flower_pots block tag.

Steps to Reproduce:
Look at the block tag #flower_pots in both the 1.20 datapack and base game, the potted_cherry_sapling is not in either.
