Sniffers that are in love sometimes don't attempt to approach one another to breed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon two sniffers and feed them both some torchflower seeds.
2. Observe both of their behavior for a while.
3. Take note as to whether or not sniffers that are in love sometimes don't attempt to approach one another to breed.

Observed Behavior:

Sniffers sometimes don't attempt to approach one another to breed.

Expected Behavior:

Sniffers would make an attempt to approach one another to breed.
