Entities will often spin while pathfinding on top of decorated pots

The Bug:

Entities will often spin while pathfinding on top of decorated pots.

Additionally, when the said decorated pots are more than ten blocks away from the ground, mobs can't pathfind while standing on them.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a large area of decorated pots by using the command provided below.

   /fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~15 ~ ~15 minecraft:decorated_pot

2. Summon some entities on top of the decorated pots.
3. Wait for them to start walking around and watch them closely.
4. Take note as to whether or not entities will often spin while pathfinding on top of decorated pots.

Observed Behavior:

Entities will often spin.

Expected Behavior:

Entities would not spin.
