Sniffers don't play their walking animations when they are damaged

The Bug:

Sniffers don't play their walking animations when they are damaged.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a sniffer by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:sniffer ~ ~ ~

2. Attack the sniffer and watch its legs closely as you do this.
3. Take note as to whether or not sniffers play their walking animations when they are damaged.

Observed Behavior:

Sniffers don't play their walking animations when they are damaged.

Expected Behavior:

Sniffers would play their walking animations when they are damaged.
