Pick Block does not work properly for blank decorated pots

The bug

When using the Pick Block function in Creative mode on a blank pot crafted from four bricks or a pot that has been obtained from the Creative inventory then placed and broken, it will not select a slot containing one of those pots, and will instead create a new, NBT-less pot item.
