Chickens and parrots are not tempted by torchflower seeds

The bug

Chickens are not tempted by torchflower seeds. They are tempted by every other seed in the game, so this seems inconsistent.

To reproduce

1. Spawn a chicken
2. Hold torchflower seeds.

Observed result

The chicken does not follow the player when they are holding the torchflower seeds, and you are unable to breed them with torchflower seeds.
