Ghost item (flower) from feeding Brown Mooshroom twice after respawning

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Run 

/summon minecraft:mooshroom ~ ~ ~ {Type:"brown"}

2) Feed the mooshroom a flower
3) Die and respawn
4) Feed it again
5) Click on the slot with the flower and notice that the flower stack goes back up
