Reloading the world resets the Brown Mooshroom's given flower

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Run 

/summon minecraft:mooshroom ~ ~ ~ {Type:"brown"}

2) Give it a flower
3) Save and quit to title and then reopen the world
4) Use a bowl on the mooshroom and notice that you aren't given suspicious stew
