Warden cannot jump over open trapdoors

How to reproduce:

1. Place trapdoors then open them
2. Spawn a warden
3. Spawn any land mob close to the warden
4. Observe whether it can jump over the trapdoors to inspect the mob or not

Expected result:

The warden would jump over the trapdoors.

Observed result:

The warden is stuck in the open trapdoors.
