Mobs that transform when struck by lightning do not transform when using /damage with minecraft:lightning_bolt damage type

When using /damage with the minecraft:lightning_bolt damage type on a mob that transforms when being struck by lightning, the mob does not transform.

This also affects the Turtle mob in a similar way, as a single lightning strike is supposed to kill it.

Command example:

/damage @e[type=pig,limit=1,sort=nearest] 1 minecraft:lightning_bolt

1. Pig
2. Villager
3. Mooshroom
4. Creeper
5. Turtle
