Armor enchanted with curse of binding cannot be swapped via right-clicking in creative mode

The Bug:

Armor enchanted with curse of binding cannot be swapped via right-clicking in creative mode.

In creative mode, you can unequip worn armor enchanted with curse of binding via the mouse cursor, but not via right-clicking to swap the armor with the armor currently held in your hand.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Switch to creative mode and equip a chestplate enchanted with curse of binding by using the command provided below.

   /item replace entity @s armor.chest with minecraft:diamond_chestplate{Enchantments:[{id:"minecraft:binding_curse",lvl:1}]}

2. Open the survival inventory, attempt to unequip the chestplate by using the mouse cursor, and take of how you're able to do so.
3. Equip the chestplate enchanted with curse of binding and obtain a golden chestplate.
4. While holding the golden chestplate in your hand, right-click in an attempt to swap the chestplate that you're currently wearing with the one you're holding in your hand.
5. Take note as to whether or not armor enchanted with curse of binding cannot be swapped via right-clicking in creative mode.

Observed Behavior:

Armor enchanted with curse of binding cannot be swapped.

Expected Behavior:

Armor enchanted with curse of binding would be able to be swapped.
