Rideable mobs which kick the player off in water attempt to jump out of the water at increasing heights

I never knew horses dreamed of orbit.

I could only get it to happen when the water was deeper than 1 block, and my testing determined that it only affects mobs that are able to kick the player off in water.

Steps to reproduce:

Ride a horse into water deeper than 1 block
