The Bug

When the player's riding fishing bobber hits the mob, the mob will start sliding.

Steps to Reproduce

• Set up an always active, unconditional Repeating Command Block with the following command:

  ride @p mount @e[type=minecraft:fishing_bobber,limit=1,distance=..100]
  

• Spawn a Creeper and throw a Fishing Rod at the Creeper.
• Observe the movement of the Creeper.
• →  Notice how the Creeper begins to slide.

Expected Behavior

The expected behavior would be that the Creeper does not slide.
