JVM crash in com.mojang.datafixers.types.templates.List.equals (Ljava/lang/Object;)Z

The game just crashes repeatedly within 4 seconds without fail on any game version newer than 1.17.1. I can launch and actually make it to the home screen and play on version 1.17.1 but if I try to launch the game on 1.19.3 the game crashes and even sometimes will cause my computer to crash. I'm not sure how to read the crash logs but it begins with a fatal error has been detected in the Java Runtime Environment: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION. There was a point in time that I could use the Curse Forge launcher and the game would actually load but now it too also crashes within 4 seconds, the notable thing being is that the game version would say that it was being hidden from the drivers but now it doesn't say that anymore. I'm not sure what to do as my drivers are the most current release from Nvidia and this has been happening through several driver updates as well as completely deleting and reinstalling the game several times as well as deleting the .minecraft folder. I don't know what to do anymore I can't find any information on what to do to actually be able to play again. The crash log also states that there was a problematic frame but this frame changes in every single crash log
