Armor trims don't exist in-game

When opening Minecraft 23w04a via the Minecraft Launcher, armor trims did not appear in game. At the current time of this post, this issue was found on a Windows laptop.

 

In the photo, you can see that there are no smithing templates in the creative menu and that the version is indeed 23w04a.
