The armor stand on the new smithing table GUI shows the arms, when they don’t have the arms when placed down by default

Bug or Feature? When opening the Smithing Table GUI, the armor stand shown has its arms, but when you place them down, they don’t show. Can you make it so armor stands do have arms when placed down by default, like in BE? It dosen’t make sense that Armor stands lack this even though it is shown somewhere.
